Business Support (Costing) - Senior Executive

CKD Business Costing & Commercial Analysis

Prepare detailed costing sheets for CKD export projects and customer requirements.

Analyse logistics, packing, warehousing, handling, and operational costs for business quotations.

Conduct profitability analysis and margin assessments for export programs.

Monitor project-wise cost performance and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Support management with business feasibility studies, commercial evaluations, and cost comparisons.

Maintain costing databases, commercial trackers, and business reports.

Proforma Invoice Management

Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices (PI) as per customer requirements.

Verify pricing, quantities, payment terms, shipment details, and Incoterms.

Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders for PI approvals and revisions.

Maintain proper documentation and version control of commercial records.

Support order confirmation and shipment planning through timely PI issuance.

Customer Communication & Commercial Coordination

Act as the primary business contact for assigned customers.

Coordinate with international customers regarding quotations, shipment schedules, pricing, and business requirements.

Support commercial discussions related to pricing, payment terms, and scope changes.

Address customer inquiries and resolve commercial concerns in a timely manner.

Build and maintain professional customer relationships to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Prepare commercial proposals, business presentations, and customer reports.

Ensure effective communication between customers and internal operational teams. Support procurement and business development activities when required.

 

 

 

Export Invoicing & Documentation

Generate and verify export invoices in accordance with customer requirements and company procedures.

Coordinate and prepare export documentation including:

Commercial Invoice Proforma Invoice Packing List Certificate of Origin (COO) Other export-related documents as applicable

Ensure accuracy and consistency across shipment, customs, and customer documentation.

Resolve invoice and documentation discrepancies through stakeholder coordination. Maintain accurate records of export transactions and commercial documents. Export Compliance & Regulatory Management

Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.

Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners regarding export documentation and shipment requirements.

Support customs, AEO, audit, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Monitor documentation accuracy to prevent shipment delays, penalties, or customer issues.

Maintain audit-ready records and documentation.

Stay updated on export regulations, trade compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Reporting & Business Coordination

Prepare periodic business reports, commercial summaries, and management presentations.

Track customer orders, shipment status, invoicing progress, and revenue realization.

Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Service teams.

Support management reviews through business performance analysis and reporting.

Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel.
