Business Support Associate u2013 Data & Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Associate Data & Operations to join our Business Support Services (BSS) team. The role involves data auditing, validation, quality checks, and operational support while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform data auditing, validation, and quality checks as per defined processes.
• Maintain and update information in business applications and CMMS.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of assigned activities.
• Manage multiple priorities and work effectively within defined timelines.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve or escalate issues as required.
• Work across multiple tools, applications, and windows efficiently.
• Adapt to changing processes and business requirements while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data auditing, data management, business support, operations, or a similar role.
• Graduate in any stream.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies.
• Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Good comprehension, communication, and typing skills.
• Flexible approach with the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
• Technically sound in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Data entry, data validation, and quality checking.
• Working with multiple tools, applications, and windows.
• Experience with CMMS or similar business systems is desirable.

Shift

• US shifts starting at 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM IST, and in rotational shifts if required
