Business Strategy Associate

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic professional to work directly with our CEO, CSO, and other senior leaders to set up best-in-class initiatives of strategic importance to the company, with a focus on corporate strategy, business transformation, finance, revenue, sales, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities on behalf of the CEO
• Act as an adviser to the CEO and entire senior management team
• Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision-making
• Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance
• Participate in regular meetings with the Executive Management Team to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions
• Build and maintain relationships across all departments/functions to influence outcomes and foster long-term partnerships
• Assume and supervise business operations and all day-to-day responsibilities for projects and tasks, ensuring the business plan is being executed within budget and given deadlines

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and data-driven skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and process-oriented thinking
• Strong track record in engaging with senior stakeholders and sales professionals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly knowledge and adeptness with Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in B2B SaaS (preferred)

Qualifications

• If B.Tech from: IITs, NITs, BITs, VIT, Tier 1 colleges
• If MBA from: Pre-MBA up to 1 Yr, IIMs
• New, Tier 1 colleges

Nice to Have

• MBA from a premier/Tier-1 institute
• Experience working in a CEO s office at a young, fast-growing technology startup
