Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Segment Manager to drive the growth of a key Health Insurance segment. This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, product, technology, marketing, and sales to deliver measurable business outcomes.

As a Business Segment Manager, you will be responsible for defining growth strategies, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving execution to scale the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy and revenue for a defined Health Insurance segment.
• Drive top-line business growth through strategic initiatives and execution excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to identify opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
• Analyze business performance, customer behavior, and market trends to drive data-backed decisions.
• Monitor key business metrics, identify improvement areas, and ensure timely execution of action plans.
• Lead cross-functional projects while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Identify new growth opportunities and continuously optimize business performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Master's degree in Management (MBA or equivalent) from a reputed institute.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in Management Consulting, Category Management, Business Strategy, or high-growth/startup environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and execution.
