Business Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients, identifying cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in banca sales or bancassurance sales.
• Strong understanding of banking sales principles, including relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship building and negotiation techniques.
• Knowledge of life insurance industry practices and regulations.
