Business Research & Outreach Intern

ILO Consulting is an investment banking and business advisory company headquartered in New Delhi, with offices in Mumbai and Bangalore and access to international investors and companies across Europe, USA, and other markets. ILO Consulting is the Indian partner of Madrid-headquartered ONEtoONE Corporate Finance. We advise Indian and international companies on M&A, joint ventures, fundraising, market expansion and cross-border business opportunities.

We are seeking motivated interns to join our team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to market research, client outreach, international business opportunities and cross-border transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Research companies, industries and markets to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Identify and develop lists of prospective companies, investors and relevant business contacts.
• Reach out to potential clients through email and telephone to introduce ILO Consulting and understand potential requirements.
• Conduct research on FTAs, international markets and trade opportunities to support targeted outreach.
• Assist with outreach relating to M&A, joint ventures, fundraising, international expansion and market entry opportunities.
• Prepare company profiles, market research, presentations and other business development materials.
• Track outreach, responses and follow-ups and assist in coordinating introductory discussions.

Qualification:

• Pursuing MBA / BBA / Graduation in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong research, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Interest in international business, trade and corporate advisory.
