Location: Pune / Bengaluru, India
Travel: Up to 80% across India
Role Overview
Support Lenze's business growth by identifying new customers, researching market opportunities, and generating insights for sales and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify OEMs, machine builders, and potential customers.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research.
- Build and maintain customer databases and CRM records.
- Generate qualified leads and support sales teams.
- Prepare market intelligence and business opportunity reports.
- Monitor industry trends, automation projects, and manufacturing investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Analytics preferred.
- Up to 3 years of experience in Market Research, Business Research, Lead Generation, Sales Support, or Business Development.
