Client Onboarding (Field Role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day execution of operational processes and escalate issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate data, reports, and dashboards for service performance and customer usage.
• Support onboarding of new customers/partners and ensure seamless handholding during initial adoption.
• Monitor service requests and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular site visits/interactions to gather feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in driving product adoption through demos, awareness sessions, and user engagement activities.
• Track customer issues and recurring complaints to support process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to defined SOPs and service quality standards.
• Support cross-functional coordination between sales, tech, and operations teams.
• Document learnings, FAQs, and operational best practices for internal reference.

Requirements::

• Experience in similar roles
• Location: Mumbai (Open to work On-field 90% of the time)
• Go getter attitude/takes the ownership of the roles and responsibilities.
• Prior experience preferably in fast growing start ups
• Problem Solving Approach.
• Great hold on Verbal and Written Communication.
• Strategic Planning, High focus on Customer retention.
• Data Analysis and Total knowledge of MS Office.
