Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Business Loans and Overdraft (OD) facilities.
• Develop business through DSAs, branch banking, and other sourcing channels.
• Build relationships with self-employed individuals, business owners, and entrepreneurs.
• Cross-sell Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Life Insurance, and General Insurance.
• Manage existing customers and identify opportunities for top-up loans.
• Achieve business targets and expand the loan portfolio.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in Business Loan Sales or SME/MSME lending.
• Good knowledge of the Mumbai market.
• Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills.
• Experience in DSA sourcing and business development.
