Business Registration Executive - PAN - PF - ESIC - Shop Act

Job Description

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Executive to handle end-to-end processing of various statutory business registrations, government portal applications, and assist our corporate legal/ROC team with entity incorporations.

This role offers extensive exposure to regulatory portals, government licensing procedures, and legal compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Government & Statutory Registrations:
• End-to-end processing and online portal applications for PAN, TAN, Shop Act (Gumasta), Professional Tax (PTEC/PTRC), EPF, and ESIC.
• Managing MSME/Udyam Registration, Import Export Code (IEC), and initial Trademark (TM) application filings.
• Coordinating document collection, client verification, and portal query resolutions for registration approvals.
• Support to Secretarial / ROC Team:
• Assisting the CS team with documentation for company and LLP incorporations (RUN name approval, SPICe+ forms, DSC applications).
• Uploading documents and tracking status updates on the MCA-21 portal.
• Portal Management & Tracking:
• Maintaining an updated master tracker for pending registration applications, government fees, and approval statuses.
• Following up with regulatory portals and relevant departments to ensure timely issuance of registration certificates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, or any relevant Graduate degree.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in handling registration workflows (Prior experience in a CA/CS firm or business consultancy is preferred; fast-learning freshers are welcome to apply).
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of government online portals (Income Tax, MCA, Shram Suvidha, Mahagst, IP India) and proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Soft Skills: Good execution speed, attention to document accuracy, and strong coordination capabilities.
