About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy workflow automation solutions using Control-M to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that drive business value.
- Develop monitoring scripts using AppDynamics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time insights into system performance.
- Troubleshoot issues related to workflow automation processes, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 6-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in artificial intelligence, automation tools like Control-M.
- Strong understanding of scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript for developing custom integrations.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana for visualizing complex data sets.
