Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Process Management Consultant role based in Aurangabad. The consultant will analyze existing business processes, map workflows, and identify areas for optimization across departments. Daily responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews, documenting process requirements, creating process models, and recommending improvements aligned with business objectives. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new processes, monitor performance metrics, and support change management activities. The consultant will also prepare reports, presentations, and training materials to ensure successful adoption of updated processes.

Qualifications

• Strong capabilities in Business Process Management and Business Process Improvement, with experience in designing and optimizing end-to-end workflows.
• Proficiency in Process Modeling and documenting Business Processes using standard methodologies and tools.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting data, diagnosing process issues, and proposing measurable solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and communicate complex process concepts in a clear and structured manner.
• Experience with BPM tools or frameworks and familiarity with IT-enabled process transformation is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in BPM or process improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Aurangabad.
