About this role
Job Description
- Initiate, facilitate, and lead end-to-end business process mapping and review workshops to assess current sales and operational workflows and identify digitalization opportunities
- Conduct detailed analysis of concept notes shared by business stakeholders and convert them into clear, structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional business teams to capture business scenarios, ROI/payback calculations, exception cases, operational challenges, and user requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for CRM/ERP or other digital platforms after considering vertical horizontal integration
- Evaluate existing processes for inefficiencies, manual touchpoints, and compliance gaps, and recommend process enhancements or automation opportunities
- Support solution design by working alongside technical teams, ensuring that proposed digital solutions align with business objectives and fit the intended process flow
- Facilitate requirement walkthroughs and sign-off cycles with business users, process owners, and IT teams
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, assisting users during execution, and validating defect resolutions
- Drive change management efforts by training users, explaining new digital processes, and ensuring adoption of updated workflows and systems
- Monitor post-implementation performance and utilization, gather user feedback, and work with stakeholders to refine processes and drive continuous improvement
- Explore usage of new age technologies like AI/ML, Analytics etc. to make the business processes more convenient, flexible Agile
Qualification and experience
B.E. (Mech) with experience in sales for 3-5 years. Should have flair for digital technologies
Functional / Technical Competencies
