Business Process Excellence Manager

Role & responsibilities :

The Six Sigma Manager is responsible for driving organizational excellence by leading continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies. The role focuses on identifying process improvement opportunities, reducing defects and waste, improving operational efficiency, and delivering measurable business value.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities

1. Continuous Improvement Management • Lead and drive strategic process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, and DMAIC methodologies. • Identify improvement opportunities aligned with business priorities and organizational goals.

2. Project Facilitation and Delivery • Facilitate and manage cross-functional Six Sigma projects across departments such as operations, finance, procurement, HR, sales, customer service, and support functions. • Ensure structured problem-solving through the DMAIC framework (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) & Monitor project progress, milestones, and benefits realization.

Data Analysis and Problem Solving • Apply statistical tools and analytical techniques to identify root causes of process inefficiencies. • Use tools such as process mapping, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, control charts, FMEA, and Pareto analysis & Translate data insights into actionable improvements.

Capability Building and Coaching • Mentor and coach Green Belts, Yellow Belts, and process owners on Six Sigma methodologies and improvement tools.
