Key Responsibilities- 1. Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for

process simplification, standardization, and automation across functions. 2. Lead end-to-end

process diagnostics, redesign, and implementation , using Lean/Six Sigma/BPM principles where relevant. 3. Build the

automation roadmap and pipeline , translating business pain points into scalable digital solutions. 4. Partner with Business, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, HR and other teams to deploy

workflow automation, RPA, AI/GenAI and low-code solutions . 5. Define business cases, benefits, KPIs and governance; track

productivity, cost, cycle-time and quality improvements . 6. Drive adoption and change management to embed a culture of

continuous improvement and digital-first working . 7. Establish process governance, documentation and best practices to ensure solutions are sustainable and scalable.

Candidate Profile- 1.

8–12 years of experience in Business Process Excellence, Transformation, Automation, Consulting or Digital Operations. 2. Strong track record of leading

cross-functional process transformation and automation programs . 3. Working knowledge of platforms such as

Power Automate/Power Platform, RPA, workflow/BPM tools and AI/GenAI applications . 4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and program management skills. 5. Lean Six Sigma / process excellence certification is an advantage. 6. Experience in

FMCG, Beauty, Consumer Products or Retail preferred.
