Job Title:Business Process / Proposal Engineer
Experience: 0-6 Years

Job Summary
We are looking for a Process / Proposal Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering to support industrial automation and manufacturing projects. The candidate will be responsible for RFQ analysis, techno-commercial proposals, process layouts, BOM preparation, cycle-time analysis, and coordination with design and automation teams.
Hands-on knowledge of SolidWorks and SPM (Special Purpose Machines) is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze RFQs, customer requirements, and technical specifications for industrial automation projects.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, process layouts, BOMs, and technical presentations.
- Design and develop process layouts and mechanical concepts using SolidWorks.
- Work on SPM (Special Purpose Machine) design, manufacturing concepts, and automation solutions.
- Perform cycle-time analysis, line balancing, capacity analysis, and process optimization.
- Coordinate with design, automation, manufacturing, and project teams for accurate proposal execution.
- Develop solutions involving industrial automation, robotics, welding systems, SPMs, and manufacturing systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, costing, BOMs, layouts, and proposal presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and convert them into suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Use AI tools and smart engineering practices to improve engineering, proposal preparation, and process analysis.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
- SolidWorks Mandatory.
- SPM (Special Purpose Machine) knowledge/experience Mandatory.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of RFQ/RFP analysis and techno-commercial proposal preparation.
- Experience/knowledge of BOM preparation and process layouts.
- Understanding of cycle-time analysis, line balancing, and capacity analysis.
- Knowledge of mechanical design and engineering concepts.
- Good knowledge of AI tools and willingness to apply AI in engineering and automation processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of robotics and robotic automation.
- Exposure to welding automation and manufacturing systems.
- Experience with SPM manufacturing/design.
- Knowledge of other CAD/CAE tools.
- Exposure to smart manufacturing / Industry 4.0.
- Internship or project experience in industrial automation, SPM, robotics, or manufacturing.

- B.Tech/B.E. Mechatronics Engineering
- 06 years of relevant experience
- Freshers/2026 graduates can be considered, provided they have strong academic/project exposure to SolidWorks, SPM, mechanical design, or industrial automation.
