Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Develop innovative process improvement strategies.
• Implement workflow automation solutions.
• Conduct process audits and recommend enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling.
• Experience in workflow automation.
• Knowledge of process optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM integration solutions. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
