Project Role Description : Analyzes, develops, and improves workflows. Identifies inefficiencies in existing processes and proposes solutions to optimize effectiveness. Collaborates with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to help them refine processes over time.

This role requires developing and refining processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. The individual collaborates closely with business users to gather detailed requirements and create use cases that accurately reflect business needs. Additionally, the role includes designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback to ensure processes evolve and improve over time, fostering a dynamic and responsive operational environment. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to document and communicate process improvements to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and align cross-functional teams.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes.
- Experience in designing workflows and process documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex operational challenges.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for continuous process monitoring and feedback collection. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
