Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and validate process improvements.

Document and communicate process changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders.

Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their development.

Proficiency in Hotel and Lodging.

Strong analytical skills to assess and redesign business workflows effectively.

Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse business users and stakeholders.

Ability to design and implement continuous monitoring systems for process evaluation.

Experience in identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical, scalable solutions.

Capability to work independently while contributing positively to team dynamics.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Hotel and Lodging.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
