Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves thoroughly analyzing current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending actionable changes.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on process objectives and deliverables.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their development.

Proficiency in Hotel and Lodging.

Strong analytical skills to assess and redesign business workflows effectively.

Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Experience in process mapping and documentation to clearly define workflows and requirements.

Capability to design and implement continuous monitoring systems for process improvement.

Problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions addressing operational challenges.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Hotel and Lodging.

This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
