Summary:
As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves analyzing current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. Additionally, the role includes designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and feedback to ensure processes evolve and improve over time, fostering a dynamic and responsive operational environment.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to document and communicate process improvements to stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and align cross-functional teams.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes.
- Experience in designing workflows and process documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex operational challenges.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for continuous process monitoring and feedback collection.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
