As a Business Process Designer, a typical day involves analyzing current workflows to identify areas that can be enhanced for better efficiency. This role requires working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed product requirements and use cases. The position also includes designing mechanisms for continuous monitoring and gathering feedback to ensure ongoing process improvements. Collaboration and communication are key throughout the day to ensure that processes evolve in alignment with business goals and user expectations.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align process design with organizational objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom applications within the SAP HANA environment.
- Strong knowledge of database programming and performance tuning specific to SAP HANA.
- Ability to design and implement efficient data models and workflows.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP modules and external systems.
- Skilled in debugging, testing, and maintaining SAP ABAP code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
