Project Role : Business Process Architect


Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and functional needs. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and establish clear business process requirements. The architect ensures that these processes incorporate measurable performance indicators and supports quality management activities to verify that all design and business requirements are fulfilled. Additionally, the role includes educating and guiding stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the process designs, facilitating smooth implementation and continuous improvement.

Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.

Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment of objectives and deliverables.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Strong expertise in designing and optimizing business processes within integrated planning environments.

Experience in defining and monitoring key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Skilled in quality management practices to ensure compliance with business and design standards.

Excellent communication skills to educate and engage stakeholders at various organizational levels.

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
