Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:As a Business Process Architect, you will design business processes that align with organizational goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, analyzing existing processes, and creating detailed process blueprints. You will also engage in quality management reviews to ensure that all design requirements are met, while educating stakeholders to foster a comprehensive understanding of the designs. Your role will be pivotal in establishing key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the processes you design, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Experience in process mapping and modeling techniques.
