The position also includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives and operational workflows. The role demands a thoughtful approach to bridging business goals with technological capabilities through clear and effective process design.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align project goals and deliverables.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance their professional growth.

Proficiency in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.

Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.

Experience in documenting complex workflows and translating business needs into technical specifications.

Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges within process design and implementation.

Familiarity with business process modeling and user task analysis methodologies.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Infor LN for Discrete Manufacturing.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
