Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify process improvements and drive adoption of best practices across the organization.

Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and clarity in project goals.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
