Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and implement business processes for core banking systems, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements, optimize workflows, and streamline operations.
• Develop detailed documentation of business processes, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
• Analyze data to measure performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 9-15 years of experience in business analysis or a related field within the banking industry.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems (e.g., ERP) and their application in financial services.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions using technical tools such as process mapping software.
