Summary:

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing workflows and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. The position also includes partnering with business units to define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role involves participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business needs and facilitate seamless integration of improvements across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align objectives and expectations.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Continuously evaluate process effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
