Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the deployment of new technologies and process improvements. The role also includes partnering with business units to clearly define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to accurately capture and represent the evolving needs of the business environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into functional specifications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable process improvements.
• Familiarity with user and task analysis methodologies to accurately capture business needs. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
