Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with various business units to define detailed product requirements and use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the position includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives and operational efficiency.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals.
• Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders for process refinement.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
