Project Role : Business Process Architect


Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance metrics. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and ensure that all functional requirements are accurately captured. The Business Process Architect actively participates in quality management reviews to verify that business and design standards are upheld. Additionally, the role includes educating and guiding stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the process designs, ensuring seamless integration and effective implementation across teams.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on process objectives.

Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in SAP CPI for Data Services.

Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize business processes.

Experience in process mapping and documentation techniques.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex process challenges.

Strong communication skills to articulate process designs and requirements clearly.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CPI for Data Services.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
