Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. The position also includes participating in user and task analysis to accurately represent business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational objectives and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to optimize performance and scalability.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and their application within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Experience in designing and implementing business process architectures that integrate with SAP solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.
• Familiarity with process documentation standards and tools to create clear and actionable guidelines.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
• A 15 years full time education including CA, CMA, MBA Finance, PG MBA, or MCom is required.
