Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, commercial lending, credit operations, or payment processing platforms (ie. Fiserv FirstVision or TSYS/FIS Total Issuing Solutions).
- Experience integrating with third-party platforms and SaaS applications.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and data governance principles.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud services.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience supporting globally distributed users and business processes.

- Business Analysis: Knowledge of business analysis and the set of tasks, techniques and tools required to identify business needs; ability to recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. Level Working Knowledge: - Analyzes the value of a business and its functions through the value estimation of assets. - Applies the prerequisites to a project before starting the business analysis process. - Collaborates with stakeholders, development teams, testing teams, etc., to deliver business solutions. - Documents the business case to justify the requirements of time and resources of a project. - Utilizes diverse analysis tools and methodologies to group different business activities based on shared characteristics or similarities.
- Core Application Systems: Knowledge of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations. Level Working Knowledge: - Helps create contingency plans to mitigate impact of disruption on core applications. - Identifies key players, criticalities, roles, and responsibilities. - Investigates application-related issues with both business and IT professionals. - Recommends enhancements for a major application system or related subsystems. - Works with core application systems for a major business unit or function.
- Information Capture: Knowledge of the methods, channels and processes to obtain needed information; ability to identify, capture and document relevant business information in an auditable, organized, understandable and easily retrievable manner. Level Extensive Experience: - Enhances the processes and procedures used in the organizations records retention program. - Uses detailed knowledge of records retention program to conduct training and/or meetings. - Ensures that all exceptions and unusual circumstances are properly captured and reviewed. - Coordinates and monitors the various steps involved in a records retention program. - Helps others understand how the recording of information impacts other business units. - Provides guidance in documenting pertinent information.
- Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. Level Working Knowledge: - Approaches a situation or problem by defining the problem or issue and determining its significance. - Makes a systematic comparison of two or more alternative solutions. - Uses flow charts, Pareto charts, fish diagrams, etc. to disclose meaningful data patterns. - Identifies the major forces, events and people impacting and impacted by the situation at hand. - Uses logic and intuition to make inferences about the meaning of the data and arrive at conclusions.
- Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Level Extensive Experience: - Communicates to clients regarding expectations of all parties. - Participates in negotiating the terms of the business relationship. - Conducts periodic reviews of work effort, progress, issues, and successes. - Maintains productive, long-term relationships with clients or vendors. - Creates opportunities to educate support teams on client priorities. - Empowers others to establish collaborative, healthy relationships.
