Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective performance management strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to employees at all levels of the organization.
• Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make recommendations for process improvements.

Job Requirements :

• 7-14 years of experience in a similar role within IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of business partnering principles and practices.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful performance management programs.
