Business Partner- HR

Role & responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on priorities, people matters, and HR initiatives.
• Drive core HRBP processes, including PMS, goal setting, ratings, PIP, and employee engagement.
• Lead HR projects and stakeholder initiatives independently.
• Use data, Excel, and AI tools to drive effective HR decisions.
• Stay updated on emerging HR practices and technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong hands-on HRBP and PMS exposure.
• Good understanding of performance management and PIP processes.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven, proactive, execution-focused, and innovative.
