Business/P&L Head - D2C Supplements

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Own full P&L for DEAGE and deliver revenue targets and profitable growth.

- Define 3-year business strategy for India and international expansion.

- Build annual operating plan, budgets, and performance dashboards.

- Scale across D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, health marketplaces, modern trade, premium pharmacies, and clinics.

- Build new-age channels including doctor networks, wellness centers, and corporate wellness.

- Drive international B2B via Alibaba and export partners.

- Position DEAGE as the most trusted longevity brand in India.

- Oversee ATL, BTL, influencer, doctor, and digital campaigns.

- Lead product launches and storytelling around science, longevity, and aging well.

- Drive new product development in anti-aging, cellular health, NAD+, collagen, adaptogens, and longevity stacks.

- Work with R&D to ensure clinical efficacy, clean labels, and premium packaging.

- Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.

- Champion D2C and marketplace growth with performance marketing and retention.

- Use data, CRM, and community to build LTV and brand loyalty.
