Business or Financial Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with any departments for timely business updates.
• Track action points, strategic initiatives, and commitments arising from CEO and management meetings.
• Follow up with functional heads and ensure timely closure of agreed actions.
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, minutes of meetings, and management communications.
• Support the CEO in annual business planning, budgeting, performance reviews, and special projects.
• Monitor and analysis financial , Budget planning, monitor the cost of manufacturing, Budget Allocation.
• Balance sheet tally monitoring profit margin

Preferred candidate profile

• ICWA , CA , MBA/PGDM from a recognized institution is compulsory (full time MBA)
• 2-4 years of relevant experience Business Analysis, Strategy, MIS, or Business Planning role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is mandatory.
• Good with AI tools as well.
• Strong experience in presentations, MIS reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and handle confidential information.
• Experience in Chemicals, Building Materials, FMCG, or Manufacturing will be preferred (will be an advantage)
