Business Operations Role

Job Description:

- Drive enterprise-wide cost optimisation initiatives across the Central Processing Unit (CPU) by identifying efficiency opportunities, monitoring financial performance, and recommending sustainable cost reduction strategies.

- Conduct detailed cost analysis and productivity assessments to improve operational effectiveness.

- Establish and monitor key cost metrics, benchmarking performance and tracking the financial impact of transformation initiatives.

- Act as the central coordinator for internal, external, statutory, and process audits, ensuring timely closure of observations and adherence to governance standards.

- Partner with Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to strengthen control frameworks, mitigate operational risks, and drive continuous process improvements.

- Track audit findings, monitor remediation plans, and provide periodic updates to senior leadership on compliance and governance effectiveness.
