About The Role:

IC is building a pan-India real estate distribution network. We need a highly organized and Excel-strong Operations & MIS Coordinator who will be the central backbone between our offices, developers, agents & finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Developer & Project Ops: Maintain developer/project database, MOU documentation, inventory, pricing, payment plans & offers.

2. Commercials & Intelligence: Track commission structures, incentives, payout terms and circulate updates to all teams.

4. MIS & Reporting: Build & maintain centralized MIS & dashboards in Excel for transactions, inventory & commercials. Advanced Excel is a MUST. Power BI is a plus.

5. Finance & Payouts: Calculate Agent/Partner payouts, reconcile with developer receipts, manage receivables/payables, and prepare Project-wise P&L.

6. Coordination: Act as a bridge between Central Team, multi-city offices, marketing & finance.

Who We Need:

Advanced Excel Expert (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Formulas, Dashboard)

Strong in MIS, Data Analytics, Accounting & P&L

Highly organized, detail-oriented & good at follow-ups

Good communication & coordination skills

Real Estate experience preferred but not mandatory

B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred

What We Are Looking For: Someone who can convert raw data into a clear business view - What is Received, What is Payable, What is Pending & What is the Profit.
