We're looking for someone who loves solving business problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and making things happen.

As a Business Operations Manager, you'll work directly with the COO to drive strategic initiatives, improve business processes, and ensure key projects move from ideas to execution.

This isn't a traditional operations role. You'll work across departments—including Operations, Customer Experience, Technology, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Expansion—to help the business operate more efficiently and scale successfully.

What You'll Do

•Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution.

•Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure business priorities stay on track.

•Track progress, identify risks, and help resolve blockers.

•Support the COO with strategic initiatives, business planning, and special projects.

•Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working.

•Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and business reviews.

•Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions.

•Recommend practical ways technology and AI can improve productivity and efficiency.

We're Looking For Someone Who

•Has experience in Business Operations, Consulting, Strategy, Project Management, Founder's Office, Program Management, or similar roles.

•Is highly organized and enjoys managing multiple priorities.

•Thinks analytically and approaches problems in a structured way.

•Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

•Takes ownership and follows through until work is complete.

•Is curious, proactive, and always looking for better ways to do things.

•Is comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint/Google Workspace.

•Is familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot and is eager to learn new technologies.
