About this role
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Business Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of our real estate business. The role will focus on ensuring smooth execution of property transactions, improving internal workflows, coordinating with vendors and brokers, and supporting teams to deliver an efficient experience for agents, clients and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth execution of real estate activities.
- Streamline internal processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, brokers, agents and other business partners to ensure timely execution of activities.
- Monitor property transaction workflows from initiation through completion.
- Support sales and leasing teams with operational requirements and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement processes, systems and workflows to improve productivity.
- Track operational performance and prepare regular reports using relevant business metrics.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve business performance.
- Lead and coordinate teams to ensure operational goals and timelines are achieved.
