Business Operations Manager

Requirements:

• 8+ years' experience with 3+ years in the program. Portfolio management, business operations, or a similar horizontal role. Bachelor's in engineering. An MBA or equivalent is a big plus.
• Strong program and stakeholder management; comfortable influencing without authority across a dotted-line structure.
• Excellent communication and the ability to operate credibly across senior HQ and GCC stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to synthesize fuzzy inputs into clear statements, narratives, and ready-to-execute updates.
• Familiarity with product and platform engineering organization dynamics.
• Highly organized, data-oriented, and able to turn ambiguity into repeatable operating mechanisms.
• Prior Experience in running Agile/Scrum at Scale (sprint planning, reviews, demos, retros) and Backlog Management (e. g., Jira/Confluence/Git).
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, integration testing, and release calendars across channels and backend systems
• Experience in chief-of-staff, program management, or operations roles within a large or matrixed technology or GCC environment is a plus.
• Track record of running operating cadences and cross-functional programs across multiple teams.
