Toramoto means Tiger in Motion. We are a D2C streetwear brand fusing Japanese and Indian influences, with bold tiger imagery, limited capsule drops and a loud, confident voice. We sell direct through our Shopify store and have earned organic love from names like Benny Dayal. We are a small, fast, founder-led team where ideas move from conversation to live campaign in days.

The role

We need someone who gets things done. As Business Operations Manager, you will run Toramoto's day-to-day operations and be the project manager for every initiative, working directly with the founders to turn ideas into launches. You will work with external marketing agencies and partners, and the warehouse team will report to you.

We care more about execution, Shopify know-how and ownership than about a big designation. If you act like an owner, this role will grow with you.

What you will do

• Run day-to-day operations: orders, fulfilment, inventory and customer experience.
• Manage multiple projects at once, with clear timelines, owners and follow-through.
• Take ideas from the founders and drive them to launch.
• Launch and manage all marketing campaigns with external agencies.
• Lead new product line and capsule launches end to end.
• Manage the Shopify store: listings, collections, discounts, coupons and apps.
• Use D2C tools to improve customer and brand experience.
• Lead the warehouse team and coordinate with vendors, couriers and agencies.
• Drive cost optimisation, and keep improving processes, resources and operations.
• Report metrics, blockers and learnings to the founders regularly.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with a D2C e-commerce brand.
• Working knowledge of Shopify, managing a store day to day.
• Experience working with external marketing agencies and vendors.
• Preferred: fashion brand experience, plus tools such as the GoKwik dashboard and Shopify analytics.
• Self-driven, agile and full of founder energy.
• Based in Lucknow.

• 22,000 – 25,000 per month plus annual incentives based on targets.
