Role & responsibilities -

Onboarding Support

• Help gather and organize KYC, legal, and commercial paperwork from hotel partners, working under the guidance of the BDM/Supply Ops team
• Assist with building out hotel profiles on the Brevistay extranet/CMS covering policies, taxes, and amenities — with senior team members reviewing your work
• Keep tabs on where each property stands in the onboarding pipeline and flag anything running behind schedule

Content & Quality

• Pitch in on curating property photos and write-ups that make listings stand out
• Run basic checks on room types, rates, and inventory to catch errors before they go live
• Note down issues you spot during onboarding and pass them along for the team to resolve

Working With Others

• Keep BDMs and the Supply Ops team posted on where things stand across your properties
• Sit in on partner calls and meetings to learn how extranet training and onboarding conversations actually happen
• Help scan competitor listings so we know how our content stacks up
• Keep an eye on booking confirmations and raise anything that looks off
