Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Operations & Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and Leadership Team. The role will drive business performance, strategic initiatives, governance, cross-functional execution, and the Company's Operating System (COS).

This is a strategic execution role, not a traditional reporting or PMO position. The candidate should be comfortable challenging performance, identifying gaps, driving accountability, and converting leadership decisions into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the Company Operating System (COS).
• Drive weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor Revenue, Pipeline, Gross Margin, EBITDA, Cash and Delivery performance.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reports.
• Drive strategic initiatives across Sales, Technology, Finance, HR, Marketing and Operations.
• Strengthen revenue and pipeline governance.
• Track strategic accounts, opportunities and forecast accuracy.
• Identify execution bottlenecks and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Maintain decision logs, action trackers, owners and deadlines.
• Support the CEO with business reviews, strategic planning and executive reporting.
• Drive process improvement, governance, SOPs and automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, PMO, Business Excellence, Consulting or Chief of Staff roles.
• Experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, SaaS or Digital Transformation.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Experience in executive reporting, dashboards and KPI management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership and drive accountability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with CEO / Founder.
• Enterprise technology consulting experience.
• Exposure to Pega, ServiceNow, GCP, AI or Digital Transformation.
• Revenue Operations or Sales Transformation experience.
• Business planning and financial performance management experience.
