Business Operations Associate-Supply (New IIM's & Tier-1 Candidate)

Role Objective

We are looking for a highly analytical, problem-solving professional who can identify recurring business problems, uncover their root causes and implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Root-Cause Analysis: Analyse operational data to identify recurring problems, develop hypotheses and design practical, scalable solutions.
2. Returns Analysis: Investigate why specific parts are frequently returned, identify root causes such as incorrect parts, fitment issues, quality or catalogue errors, and implement corrective actions.
3. Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing processes and implement changes that reduce errors, returns and operational inefficiencies.
4. Stakeholder Management: Work with suppliers, warehouse teams, sales and other stakeholders to drive corrective actions and ensure accountability.
5. Performance Tracking: Monitor relevant metrics, measure the impact of interventions and continuously improve outcomes.

What Were Looking For

• MBA/PGDM from a newer IIM or a comparable institution.
• 0–2 years of experience; exceptional freshers are welcome.
• Excellent logical reasoning, numerical ability and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Good stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• High ownership, curiosity and a bias for action.
