About this role
- Billing Management Track and validate timesheets and billable hours across projects. Generate and submit client invoices in coordination with finance .Monitor billing cycles and follow up on pending approvals .Resolve discrepancies between timesheets, billing reports, and client expectations.
- Resource Allocation Maintain resource utilization reports and forecasts. Coordinate with delivery leads to allocate resources based on project needs .Monitor resource availability and address conflicts or overallocations. Support onboarding and offboarding of project resources.
- PO Management Create and manage purchase orders aligned with project budgets. Track PO approvals, vendor invoices, and payment status. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and documentation standards .Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve PO-related issues.
- Reporting & Governance Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards on billing, resource usage, and PO status .Support internal audits and ensure documentation accuracy. Assist in process improvement initiatives within the PMO.
