Business mgmt Professional

• We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our fast-paced Global Markets AEJ Equities Trading Business Management team, based in Powai, Mumbai, which will collaborate closely with the AEJ Global Markets Business Management team.
• The individual will partner with Business Heads and Senior Management across Trading, Sales, Structuring and Research to drive key business initiatives with a focus on platform buildout, client franchise growth, long term business expansion, and overall business positioning
• The individual will play a key role in liaising with Desk Heads and traders in formulating, product strategy, platform enhancement, business analysis and new product roll outs for the AEJ Equities Trading business
• The individual will assume day-to-day responsibilities which will contribute towards business management, performance monitoring, managing infrastructure/ processes which support AEJ EQ Trading business
• The role will provide deep and wide exposure to Equities business for Institutional clients
• The role would require working with Global Markets Front office functions - Trading, Sales, Structuring, and Research and also with all the GM Corporate functions - Compliance, Treasury, Legal

• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• MBA from Tier 1 B-school, CA, Masters/ Bachelor s degree in business / finance / economics or similar field from a top tier institute/ university
