Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Business Growth

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support business growth through lead generation and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.
• Identify market opportunities, growth areas, and competitive positioning strategies.

Lead Generation & Account Based Marketing

• Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
• Drive targeted ABM programs for key accounts and strategic prospects.
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve pipeline generation and conversion rates.

Analyst Relations & External Media

• Manage relationships with industry analysts, influencers, and media partners.
• Coordinate analyst briefings and support external brand visibility initiatives.
• Develop communication plans to enhance market perception and brand reputation.

Thought Leadership & Content Marketing

• Create and promote thought leadership content including whitepapers, case studies, articles, blogs, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop compelling content.
• Drive content marketing initiatives to strengthen market positioning.

Event Management

• Plan and execute industry events, webinars, conferences, customer forums, and partner engagements.
• Manage end-to-end event strategy, budgeting, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis.

Deal Strategy & Large Deal Support

• Partner with sales and business leaders to support strategic and large deal pursuits.
• Develop customer-centric value propositions, marketing collateral, and competitive positioning.
• Assist in proposal development and client engagement strategies.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Research

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, customer insights, and emerging market opportunities.
• Generate actionable market intelligence reports for business leaders.
• Provide recommendations to support growth, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Sales Operations & Performance Analytics

• Support sales enablement initiatives through data-driven insights and reporting.
• Track campaign effectiveness, lead conversion metrics, and ROI.
• Develop dashboards and reports to measure marketing performance and business impact.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5- 9 years of experience in Strategic Marketing, Business Development, Account-Based Marketing, Analyst Relations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales operations, lead generation, and market intelligence.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
