Business Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets in mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other financial products.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loan processing.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in sales management role.
• Strong understanding of mortgage loans, LAP, and other financial products.
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
